My work has food at its heart.

Sometimes the story is told at home other times in a hotel, on the beach or in a restaurant.

The meal always has something to say; it has a hero and a voice – the passion and imagination of those who create it and the experience it gives to those who partake. I want to convey the feeling of being there and find the moments when memories are made.
